Set Up Direct Deposit in 3 Simple Steps

Step 1: Contact Your Employer

Contact your employer and ask them if they offer Direct Deposit. If so, your employer may need you to complete a form or provide a voided check to process your request for Direct Deposit.

Step 2: Gather Your Information

Gather your account information. You will need to provide the type of account (checking or savings) and your account number.

Step 3: Check Back

Contact your employer regarding when you can expect your first direct deposit to be made.

Numbers You'll Need For Direct Deposit


You will typically fill out a form requesting the following information. 


  • Coulee Bank routing number (091800374)
  • Your checking or savings account number
  • A voided check to verify the routing & checking numbers
  • The name and address of your financial institutions.
