Welcome Khaum!
We’re excited to grow our Coulee Bank family! Please join us in welcoming Khaum Xiong, Loan Operations Specialist, who recently joined our La Crosse team. We’re thrilled to have her talents and fresh perspective on board and look forward to the positive impact they’ll bring to our customers and company culture.
We are pleased to introduce Khaum Xiong to Coulee Bank. Xiong was born and raised in La Crosse, WI, and she attended Logan High School. She later graduated from the University of Phoenix, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
“I’ve been a long-time customer of Coulee Bank and have always had a great customer experience from the staff at Coulee Bank,” says Xiong. The fantastic customer service influenced her decision to apply. “If the customer service is great, the people here must be great coworkers!”
Xiong’s career in banking began as a Teller, and over the past 14 years, she has helped various departments in the banking industry. “I bring along risk review and compliance knowledge to loan documentation as well as regulator expectations,” she explained. She brings passion to the table when it comes to brushing up on commercial lending knowledge and gaining additional knowledge within the commercial lending industry.
