  • Minimum down payment required
  • Mortgage Insurance is required for the life of the loan
  • As low as 580 credit score with automated underwriting approval

Federal VA Loans

  • Features fixed 30-year and 15-year loan options 
  • No minimum down payment
  • Mortgage Insurance is not required
  • As low as 600 credit score with automated underwriting approval

WI Housing Economic Development Authority (WHEDA)

  • Borrowers must fall under certain income and Purchase price requirements
  • Features fixed 30-year loan option 
  • Minimum down payment required. The down payment and closing costs can be financed as a fixed 2nd mortgage loan through WHEDA
  • Mortgage Insurance is required until the loan is below 80% loan-to-value. WHEDA offers discounted Mortgage Insurance

MN Housing

  • Minimum down payment required. The down payment and closing costs can be financed as a fixed 2nd mortgage loan through Minnesota Housing
