Launching Treasury Management Products and Increased Staffing
In 2023, we made our first major investment by creating a dedicated Treasury Management department. Annie Bertram, AVP Treasury Management Officer, says, “Over the past 18 months, we have expanded our team by adding two additional treasury support staff members, forming a robust team of three. This allows our team to provide personalized and expert guidance.”
Coulee Bank also made an upgrade in 2024 when we launched our Treasury Management core business digital banking platform. This digital banking platform ensures a seamless user experience. Bertram says, “Our treasury management team was able to work with each customer to provide support through the transition to an upgraded platform.”
Progressive Web App and Enhanced Features
The most recent upgrade occurred in February of 2025, when we launched an upgraded app, now a progressive web app, offering enhanced features including:
- Originate ACH and Wire Transfers: Conveniently available within the app.
- Mobile Deposit: Simplifying the deposit process.
- Positive Pay and Fraud Prevention: Enhanced security measures to protect our customers.
“Our app is intuitive and accessible, compatible with both iPhones and Android devices,” says Bertram. To add the app to your home screen, simply use the share option on iPhones or the ellipsis menu on Android devices and add the app to the home screen.
