COVID-19 Response

March 1, 2021

To All Coulee Bank Customers,

Coulee Bank remains dedicated to do our part to help keep our employees, customers and fellow community members healthy and safe from the community spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). We have been monitoring the number of cases in each market over the past few months. Based on the fact that there has been a decline and overall improvement in Covid cases over the past several weeks, we made the decision to open all of our branches again beginning Monday, March 1, 2021.

Please see our lobby hours for each Branch Location here.

The safety of our employees and customers continues to be our top priority. In order to provide a secure environment for our employees and customers, the following safety measures remain implemented at all branch locations:

  • Customers and employees are required to wear a mask. You will be asked to lower your mask to verify identity.
  • If possible, transactions should be conducted via the drive-thru, phone or online banking to maintain social distancing and minimize face-to-face interaction.
  • Where available, entry and exit to the bank will be limited to different doors. Please try to use the handicap accessible button where available to minimize contact with multiple surfaces.
  • All teller stations are equipped with Plexiglas barriers for protection.
  • All surfaces and ATMs will be wiped down regularly throughout the day.
  • We will attempt to keep hand sanitizer available in our lobbies for customer use.
  • Floor decals are placed to designate safe social distancing while waiting in line.
  • Coffee and water stations will be unavailable to the public until further notice.
  • Restrooms will be closed to the public until further notice.
  • Lobby computers for conducting online banking transactions will be unavailable until further notice.
  • Pets will not be allowed unless it is a registered service animal.

To All Coulee Bank Customers,

Coulee Bank remains dedicated to do our part to help keep our employees, customers and fellow community members healthy and safe from the community spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

Due to the increased spread of COVID-19 in our communities, we will temporarily be switching our lobbies to an "appointment-only" basis at all Coulee Bank locations effective Monday, November 16. All drive-ups of Coulee Bank will remain open during normal banking hours.

If you need to make an appointment, simply call or email your banker and let them know when you will be arriving. We ask that if you are displaying symptoms or are feeling ill that you do not visit any of our branches and simply conduct your business via email or phone.

The following will be handled by appointment only: business deposits that cannot be done via the drive-up or night drop (example: boxes of coin); foreign currency exchange; loan meetings/closings; new accounts that cannot be done via online account opening; account changes that cannot be done via the phone or email; safe deposit access and other case-by-case needs.

Night drops are available at all branches and will be checked multiple times throughout the business day.
