Text Alerts

Enroll in Text Alerts

  • Log into your Home Branch account
  • Click on the Options tab
  • Click on Personal in the blue menu bar
  • Enter your Mobile Phone Number
  • Click on the “Carrier Search” button
  • Find your mobile carrier and click on it to select
Options -> Personal screen 
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the “Submit” button
  • You will receive a verification email to the email address on your Home Branch account, similar to the one below:

Notice: The text alert address we have on file, 6085555555@vtext.com, has been created. If you did not change your email address, please contact the Operations Department immediately at 608-784-9550 or info@couleebank.net. Thank you.

Please Note: The subject of the email is “Email Address Change Notification” and the body refers to a change in your email address, but only your mobile number and carrier have been added; your actual email address has not been changed in the system.

Add New Text Alerts

  • Click on the Options tab
  • Click on Alerts in the blue menu bar
  • Choose the type of alert you would like to set up (Events, Balance, Item, or Personal) by clicking on the alert type in the sub-menu
  • Choose how you would like to receive the alert (email, upon login, or text)
  • Add any other information that may be required for the type of alert
  • Click the “Submit” button
Options screen
  • If you have chosen to receive your alert via email, you will be asked to verify your email address.
    If you have chosen to receive your alert via text, you will be asked to verify your mobile number and carrier.
  • Click the “Accept” button
  • Your alert will be saved
  • All active alerts can be viewed by going to Alerts Listing in the sub-menu
